Are you familiar with the Sports Broadcasting Act of 1961? To the best of

my knowledge that is a law passed by Congress to regulate commerce that has not made its way to the courts because it violated any of the antitrust laws. It may have even been amended a time or two. You could even say this proposal is really an amendment to the act because (if passed) it would be expanding the exemption to include colleges and universities.
