My only opinions are .....

ND is likely never to join a conference unless they are backed into the proverbial corner with a gun to their head and that would not involve exit fees. Whatever ND's original exit fee might have been, it has now likely been adjusted with the Clemson/FSU settlement. Everyone will find out about the next round of realignment when the powers that be tell us and listening to clueless media blowhards pretending they have the inside scoop is great entertainment and, if saved, future fodder to mock them with.
