What "benefits" do you believe.....

are not reflected on the income statement, be specific, either directly or indirectly? As an M&A guy you should understand the value of a contract or deal is comprised of direct and indirect benefits that are reflected in the financial statements. You might want to reread your posts in this thread and reassess how measured you actually were.
