Bowlsby cease and desist letter if you want more details. All the major outlets from USA Today to WAPO to NY Times etc. discussed it in great detail. ESPN denied it but, they never threatened any action and, more importantly, that was a big arrow in the quiver of Yormark in future negotiations. Damning allegations that soured the Bowlsby/ESPN relationship but, gave his successor a solid head start.
