I know BC and Notre Dame play NCAA DI ice hockey. They are also one of the

few schools that a club team too. BC competes as a DII club team. While Notre Dame competes as a DIII club team. Penn State and Arizona State are 2 other schools that also have a club team. Penn State and Liberty are one of the few schools that have multiple club teams.
