Depending on how much information is provided on these betting apps, it is

possible a person doesn't even need to watch the game in order to place bets (including parlays). A person could make the case that the various fantasy leagues have created the blueprint for how it could work. People may tune into a particular game to see how one of their fantasy players may be doing in it, but it isn't a requirement since all people really care about are the final stats.
