Composition Clauses

There are so many Compostion Clauses in the ACC/ESPN agreement. Why did the ACC bring in the Calford/SMU trio as full members to commence on June 30 would be a good place to start. If Clemson/FSU leaves before those new schools become full members the 2024 ESPN contract is voided. If that goes down the ACC will be on a fire drill. There are an uncountable number of reasons why the ACC and ESPN are protecting the "Devil in The Details" of that contract. That is why the networks control it all.

The language is probably the same as the previous TV contract.

If the ACC hid that from the member schools, that's a problem for the ACC**
