Agree that there needs to be an adult at the table, not sure that our

Elected officials qualify as “adults” but I totally support the thought of a tzar stepping in and saying “now, now children…you must share.” That ship, sadly, has sailed, caught fire, run aground, sunk, and all the crew have died of scurvy.
