Or, at minimum, at least grouped as such. Over the years, I’ve felt various schools just deserve that rep. For instance, Duke, UNC, BC, Domer U, Cal, Stans Ford, maybe GT, some Hoos, but not all… I’ve never attributed that to the Noles…as I thought when playing them for the Natty, their fans were a delight. Likewise, though out of conference, the Aggies & the Huskers ranked at or near the top of great fans. Even after we beat them for 2nd year in a row back when they were still formidable, the team players fans came by our tailgate, and were very cordial. Interestingly, they hated the Colorado fan base.
