At this point, the ACC, Big XII, Pac-12, and the G5s are probably better

off in the long run to recombine with DI-FCS so they can at least compete for the NCAA DI Football National Championship. Plus, I am not sure there is enough interest and sponsorship money for them to create their own private DI-FBS tournament.
