Im guessing the SECN costs more than the ACCN to carry (could be wrong)

So total revenue might not be so proportional as subscribers. SECN subscribers might be willing to pay twice as much as ACCN subscribers. So that 80% subscriber ratio might be more like 40% revenue ratio.
