1. The P2 must be accommodated to some extent. Simply put, they won expansionpalooza and they need to be compensated for it. That being said, that doesn't mean we should stick with the status quo. For example, any changes could be grandfathered for a number of years, perhaps until the end of the current TV contracts. 2. The non-P2 could use a wedge issue. What I mean by that is to find an issue that will divide the blue bloods and the non-blue bloods WITHIN the P2. I would love to float relegation and promotion where the top tier makes more money than the current P2. That would be one way to do it. Perhaps there are others.
