Day 4 Elevation Vacation…………RIP to the fallen hiker😭
Hokies………I was on Mount Sneffels this morning, half way up the 1st steep gully with 3 hikers above me. I saw a woman hiking down and I asked her how was the summit. She said she found a dead body. She was the one that initiated the SOS.
2 rescue hikers helped the flight crew recover the body to the collection point where 2 rescue trucks were waiting.
A lot of folks need our prayers tonight.
