Millennials and Gen Zers absolutely refuse to pick up the phone and call
someone. Earlier today I had a colleague who I’m guessing is in her 30s send me a Teams invite for a meeting 15 minutes from when the invite was sent. In the invite, she says it should only take a few minutes. She does good work and I appreciate it’s a generational thing, but their aversion to phone calls drives me crazy.
