VA DMV - was coasting right along in renewing my DL until...
...I reached the point where I tried to reach the "trusted" 3rd party website to enter my CC info when I receive this message:
"The application has encountered an error, error code = 500"
Guess the site is down since I tried unsuccessfully about a half dozen times, so I guess I'll try again tomorrow.

I like the Virginia DMV website. It's very easy to use.
