Just had a conversation with SAATVA Mattress Company rep...very pleasantly
surprised by their warranty coverage. Bought their flagship lux-firm inner spring model back in May 2018 at $1,500 for mattress, foundation and steel frame. I was 45 pounds heavier then and was pretty beat up after back fusion and bi-lateral hip replacement.
Recently my chronic sciatica will kick in at night out of nowhere, and my hip flexors are very sore. I suggested that the coils in the center of the bed are sagging and he agreed. He is going to process an exchange to a new ($1,850 retail now) lux-firm at a cost to me of $600 (60% of the original cost I paid for the mattress). I can keep the mattress or they will take it away during delivery, my choice...no processing fee or delivery charge.
Since I got 7 good years out of the bed, most of that time having a heavier body weight, I'm good to go on another one. Very few companies live up to their warranty these days.

Travelled the country to high end resorts/motels to sell mattresses and allow resorts to sell branded mattresses direct. She was good at her job and looked good doing it!đ¤Ē.
Sold mattresses to the Biltmore and Grove Park Inn in Asheville. Old building at Grove park had one elevator behind the huge fireplace for access with no way to get a king size mattress up. She brought in a crane and had skylights removed. Delivered a tractor trailer load of mattresses down through the skylights and removed the old ones. Cha- Ching!
