Here you go.
This is right near where my vacation house is in east TN -- so I've never actually stayed in this one, I have a residence here (well, a residence partially under construction). But the location is just right; I know this particular area well and it's very likable.
The most recent house of this type I actually stayed in was in Berkeley Springs, WV -- that doesn't fit the specs.
