I had anterior cervical discectomy fusion

Of my C5-C6 done in August 2021. Advice is be patient in recovery. Especially first week or so. It’s a gradual improvement of strength and feeling normal. Don’t lift more than a few pounds but make sure you move around and walk. I was in a lot of pain with a ruptured disk prior to the surgery. Not sure what issues you have but you might feel a lot of nerve reawakening. Doesn’t hurt but just twitching out of nowhere. Make sure you do your PT stretches and exercises at home.

Get solid state versus the spinners. At least two terrabytes each. **
