Lives in just about only watershed in the west that has lower than normal->

snow. Live in the Arkansas river valley at nearly 9k feet and have had about 50% of normal. Drive up the road a bit to the eastern San Juans and they have glaciers taking hold. That being said, was the same last spring but then we got hammered all through May...even had a 4 footer on Memorial Day weekend.
