I certainly don't follow closely, but I wonder if it's related to...

...the ability (or lack thereof) to produce at pre-pandemic levels. Are chip manufacturers still struggling to keep up? Also, has AMD eaten into Intel's business? I don't know anything about AMD, but I remember that their stock had a pretty meteoric rise a few years back.
