Hyperbole ... the greatest performance of the century by most historians

was the 1977 Open .... Duel in the Sun at Turnberry, Scotland where Tom Watson shot a 65 and Jack Nicholas shot a 66 on the final day and Waston won by 1 stroke. Incidentally, Nicholas 18 Majors Tiger Woods 15. I will leave their private lives out of it. Jack Nicholas is the greatest golfer to ever play period.
