Lawn Warriors, I've got a poison ivy problem...

I've got poison ivy growing in my front "flower bed". I've tried pulling it out in the past (with the obvious side effects even taking precautions) but have not been able to eradicate it. I believe the primary root is underneath one of my boxwoods. I've let it go the past couple of years and it's come back and is poking out the front where people walk. Unfortunately the bed has a hell of a mat with other vines and dead monkey grass at the boarder in the mix, so when I pull one vine it snaps and I don't get it all. I'm tempted to just roundup the whole bed and start over. Would like to know if anyone has had success eliminating this scourge without killing everything around it.

Good idea to use the panels. Mine is out in a woodland area. **
