You have to keep your water intake up when it gets hot!

It also helps during these times if you are used to getting outside every day. I felt the difference when I was doing a 3-mile daily walk. The hot days didn't feel as hot, and the cold days didn't feel as cold. I definitely feel the heat and humidity more now that I'm going to the (air conditioned) gym in the morning instead of walking.
