Sorry Stork, but you're wrong on the bass
When people compare bass vs double bass, they are usually referring to two very different instruments: the bass guitar (often simply called “bass”) and the double bass (also known as the upright bass or contrabass).
So you needed to either say double bass, upright bass or contrabass.
