#5 South Dakota/Nevada/Iowa...ILLINOIS (and Tennessee)!
Not North Sioux City (doesn't reach Nebraska, but Dakota Dunes, SD, borders the Missouri River and Nebraska on one side, and the Big Sioux River and Iowa on the other. Not the one you were thinking of, though. Still looking for it.
Thought it might be Mojave City, NV (California and Arizona), but it seems that Mojave City is in AZ, and part of the Fort Mojave Reservation, so it's not that. Not the AZ part either, as Google Maps doesn't show "Mojave City" city lines, due it being on the reservation. Still looking...
Thought it might be Keokuk, IA, which borders the Mississippi River and Illinois on one side, and a liiiitle bit bordering the Big Sioux River and Missouri on the other. Two rivers, though, so probably not the one you're thinking of. Still looking...
And I think I've found it. East Dubuque, IL, borders the Mississippi and Iowa on the west, and has two segments of city lines bordering Wisconsin on the north. Hope that's it, but if not, I can keep looking. (Dubuque, IA also happens to border Illinois and Wisconsin, but both by the Mississippi on the east, and not really on "two sides".)
NOTES:
- Not surprising, but most three-state border areas tend to be rural....*really* rural.
- I always thought Texarkana was partly in Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana due to the name, but its southern city border is about 20-25 miles from Louisiana.
- Memphis does work here, as the city limits border the Mississippi River and Arkansas to the west and Mississippi to the south. See picture #2. MAHokie69 was right.
