I found part of an article saying teams were averaging almost 21 1st downs

per game each in 2021. How long does it take to spot the ball? Maybe 10-15 seconds? That's got to be an extra 10 minutes a game. Probably more like 15+. Maybe I'll try and pay attention and see how long it takes tonight.
