changes and challenges with two biggest being staffing and looming increased regulation and laws. You would know better than I but, some of those regulation changes that opened ownership I think drove the business to an increased profit agenda. Saw this with a local facility. Very good care at a reasonable price with local owners. Sold out and to be charitable will just say new owners have much more bottom line focus.
