I highly recommend that. I did wedding banquet bartending. Setting up and

breaking down was not great, but the "showtime" was fun as hell. Especially because you are the bartender and, well, can pretty much insert yourself into the party. And everyone at the event is in a great mood, you don't have to ring anything, you don't have to worry about liquor costs, you just wave your wand/stir the drink. Down here, everyone is staying at the resort, so no driving. That whole, "overserving" thing gets a little dicey otherwise.
