Heh,heh, your 2nd line is probably the key, when you look in the mirror...

one day and realize you're just a regular guy, not the hotshot kid you thought you were and see the humor in it. Then you can relax and just be a dude, not stress out anymore: Jimmy Buffet and a Pina Colada anyone?
