One thing I do like about them is if you want to customize your order

at least you know it was input correctly. For me personally, I find mayonnaise to be the most vile substance created by man that is disguising itself as food. Any restaurant that f's up the "no mayonnaise" part of the order has given me inedible food. I can absolutely say the kiosk is NOT a faster way to order, but at least you know what you ordered.
