Kidding of course. But I do think the Fed traditionally is a step late in their actions.... The inflation is "transitory: was just so ridiculous...... and now as energy prices ease I think we still need to raise rates, but you need to be aware that the past rate increases are already showing in housing and maybe ease at the pace. That said, it is never an easy job to time the process
