I'm sure you're aware of the 1999 TSL B&S Accord, wherein many early
Hokie Central/TSL members convened to create the Articles of Bannination and Shunning. The Founders in their infinite wisdom provided a system of checks and balances to prevent forced shunning, although the practice itself is often as neglected as it is ignored. While cries of "Shun!" still occasionally crop up, many of us see TSL as a safe place where the fear of forced shunning doesn't exist.
