I saw an older guy (guessing late 70s) JOGGING up my street wearing a mask.

It just made me sad. I'm all for people doing what they feel is best/safest for them, but THAT actually seems really dangerous. There is no documented evidence that I am aware of to suggest that COVID is transmitted outdoors, particularly when not around any other human beings. But surely, taking part in vigorous exercise while restricting your breathing is not healthy for anyone, let alone an older person.
