Health Insurance

I believe that transportation to medical testing and office visits can be picked up via either Medicare or Medicaid. I got the transporation question working with SSA but the bigest difference in opinion is how the SSA saw her earnings record where she slightly exceeded the SGA annual limit after she was 21 years old and said she could not be disabled af birth because she had a job that one truly generous company created for her with limited actual job responsibilities. I provided them with medical conclusions from Wake Forest School of Medicine, UNC School of Psychiatry and two testing agencies here in Texas with the same conclusion--she has been disabled since birth and pretty seriously intellectually. I know SSA has to deal with a lot of borderline disability claims but damn, this is ridiculous on their part. I don't like to rant about governmental regulatory agencies but you have a bad feeling when talking to one of them, you feel like you know their regs better than they do. I guess I am in for a long effort requiring a SS lawyer. Thanks for the question.

Is she claimed as a dependent? I'm just curious and have nothing to offer.**

Would health coverage pick up that cost? Or part of it?**
