No. He has very few responsibilities...

...because he has no skills or experience to draw from yet. I'm guessing we don't pay him much. But the boss was out for two weeks recently and asked me to look over his shoulder on the assignments given to him, and let's just say that I ended up having to finish things up for him right before the deadlines because things were a mess when I checked over them.
