run is thoroughly unpleasant. It's not a physical fitness thing...like I said, I still do martial arts at my not-so-young age. I've got decent strengths, flexibility, balance, and cardio. But any amount of running, even 50 feet of it, just makes everything from my hips down hurt. There is absolutely nothing about running that I have ever found enjoyable, even when I was young and it didn't make everything hurt.
