There's video of the arrest, I've not seen it but heard the audio...

The officer in charge on the scene was pretty adamant that he was "going to jail". If what's been reported is true...and I have to think it is...he's gonna be charged with something. Could be as little as failure to obey an officer, ciuld be as much as a vehicular assault on a police officer. It's been reported that the officer was wearing a plain/unlabeled rain jacket and some have suggested Scotty may not have know he was an officer. But at some point he surely did, and still had to be physically removed from his vehicle.
