I had the best "customer service" at Deer Valley
We pulled up in our van, and 5 or 6 people came over to carry our skis over to the staging area. I stopped on the slope a couple times to check the ski map, and had one of their workers ski up to me to assist in navigation. Just "top shelf" customer service.
I liked Park City's mountain too. I think it was the home of the US Ski Team when we skied there.
We normally rent a place in Murray, when we ski Utah. That has access to Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons, with two ski resorts in each canyon. Brighton and Solitude in one (Brighton is heavily groomed, and Solitude doesn't have a lot of workers...you're a lot more on your own there), and Alta and Snowbird in the other. Alta had the best snow I've ever skied during one trip. Champaign snow up to my waist, and it was a complete joy to ski. I've skied Snowbird too, but don't remember a lot about that trip.
