Yeah, that or bully netting. That's where you go at night, light up the
water, then lower the boom on them with a net in shallow water. The limit is 6 per person per day in the Keys, and it is easy to do on the first day. No commercial fishing allowed yet - the lobsters are fish in a barrel.
