No on the contrary not a hater, I work in I.T. and would actually love to
have a chance to work at Google. I called Roanoke County and the permit division told me I did not need a permit for a LTL or a big rain collection barrel, based on my address. However I would not want to contaminate anything so I'd get the correct kit. But I probably will just get a large rain water collection tank and skip the LTL. Plus I'll put a giant VT on my tank because I can. I do like to recycle when it is convenient and doesn't cost me to much. Thanks for the info.
