2 reasons
I live in the area where Carvins Cove is going to be serving the new Google Data center and is where my water comes from. 6 million gallons a day usage for Google added to the 12 million a day for everyone else. The cove can barely handle a moderate drought. Would like to have a back up for gardening and maybe even large scale rain water collection tank to keep my pool full. Western VA water Authority is expensive.
