This is a tough one to top.
My first thought is someone with some kind of magical or supernatural ability. So, for example, Hiro Nakamura from Heroes would be awesome as that would give you teleportation and time travel abilities. But the vast majority of shows in that genre tend to involve using that ability to hunt (or be hunted by) various monsters or supervillains, and that's a lot of baggage for something that is supposed to be fun..
But Tony Nelson gets you access to magic without the baggage. The show is a comedy, so there is no mortal peril that comes with the gig. You get a hawt significant other who kinda has to do what you say. It's just about perfect.
Charlie Harper or Barney Stinson would be a distant second choice.
