I have called in a busted traffic light in Reston twice

Can you get it repaired. On north bound Hunter Mill Rd under the toll road. The shade over the red light has fallen and blocks half of the light. It looks to be hinged and needs to be pushed back up and fastened. I'll try to get a picture in the morning
