Wow, Microsoft laid off 3200 American workers while filing for 5,000...
...new H-1B Visas.
This is definitely one area I would love for Congress to step in to stop. I support his recommendation 100%! If you lay off American workers, you are barred from hiring any H-1B visa workers to replace them.
