And when it's time for leavin' I hope you'll understand...

I mentioned three of my all time greats yesterday (who passed away in 2023) Add AB to that as my all time favorite band. Quite a few times back in the 70s I was flying in my car headed to the 'burg and "Ramblin' Man" (heavy rotation at the time) would come on the radio and that was perfection cruisin' down the highway or even some backroad. Merriweather Post had the AB every year for a few years (before Jiffy Lube Live swiped them) including a 30th reunion when DB hooked up with them again after a hiatus, great show. Tried to see Gregg Allman a few years ago at Floydfest but he cancelled for illness, promised he would make it up but never got around the calendar again. We all agreed we had come to see him one more time. "Blue Sky" is one of my top ten favorite songs. Not a problem, we understand... ** Edited by `lag at 4/19/2024, 8:13:02 AM
