Great Uncle did the same with an egret that set up a nest in a pine tree…

Above the carport and commenced to crapping fiddler crab body parts on his cars (crab poo goo does nasty things to paint after baking on metal). Lived in a part of Thalia in Va Beach that was a designated bird sanctuary. Early one Sunday morning there was a sudden explosion of white feathers and they fluttered down around the bird sanctuary sign like late Spring snow. Fiddler crab population went back up.
