I disagree about him not doing any time

He's been arrested and is currently in jail, and the judge imposed a $50k bail based on the seriousness of the issue and his history of threatening people with violence. This is unfolding like a classic case where a prosecutor will try to make an example of someone. Technically, what he did was a misdemeanor, not a felony, but I'd be surprised if he doesn't do at least some time in jail.
