But she works very hard so we were willing to pay OOS tuition for the “complete” college experience. She was down to VT and another big school in the SEC. Kinda wanted her to choose the other school but I kept my opinion to myself. Sands just seems like the kind of administrator who uses tuition revenue to pay for his grander ambitions, which have little to do with providing students the highest quality education possible.
