It gets expensive with you break the law

This settlement does not represent any kind of ruling of the effectiveness of the vaccine, there are well established Federal regulations surrounding the issuance of exemptions surrounding health and religious (strongly held beliefs). The system in question was challenged for refusing to consider religious exemptions and got their hand slapped because of it.
