Last week I tried to start my truck after driving it to get lunch, and had nothing...including no interior lights. Got a jump and drove it straight home, took the battery out and went to the parts store to get it tested, expecting it was dead. Instead the test showed that it had plenty of juice. So I started digging around the engine bay and found that I had no continuity through the negative battery terminal clamp. Once I corrected the issue, I was good to go. So, I wouid recommend getting your battery tested, and if it's OK, then check your ground connections and check for wiring issues at the battery before. Good luck.
